Established in 1958, this Ardennes family enterprise started its business working with textile industry before moving towards the growing agri-food and packaging market.

Today, Faber has become a major player in the conveyors and plastic parts manufacturing for packaging machines. In 2015, the company achieved a turnover of 8.8 million Euros (5% increase compared to 2014) and employs 60 people on its 6,000 m² site in Bazeilles. Looking to expand its skills, Faber became one of the founder members of the Groupe Arbor (150 people) which includes the companies FaberCorisPerichard Plastiques and AUPI (bought in 2015).

Chaired by Jean-François Rousseau (head of Faber), Arbor combines the machining of plastics and aluminium, the conveyance, guidance and handling of containers (cans, bottles, cartons ...). The group serves more than 3,000 customers in France and abroad, including: Amora, Colgate, Guerlain, L'Oréal, Rémy Cointreau, Sodebo...

While developing its business, the Arbor Group continues to invest in its Ardennes Faber site, notably with the acquisition of production tools.
