SCREB has transposed the kit concept to agricultural buildings by offering over forty practical and versatile models: storage barns (straw and equipment) and animal housing.

For two years, this SME with 40 employees has recorded an increase in turnover from 20 to 25 % (14 million euros in 2014), with over 1,000 buildings constructed each year.

In a bid to double its production capacity, the company invested over one million euros in extending its manufacturing unit, adding a workshop of 1,000 sq. m on an extra plot of land of 3000 sq. m.

This investment, which led to the creation of 7 new jobs, was supported by a subsidy of 50,000 euros from the Champagne-Ardenne  region as part of its “Usine du Futur” initiative.

With over 22,000 buildings delivered in Europe and the rest of the world in 25 years of existence, the next step for this Ardennes business is to gain stature internationally (25% of its current turnover).
