Actival: a turnkey solution to host businesses

Located in Bogny-sur-Meuse, the Actival business estate will soon host a “blank building”.

The Meuse et Semoy Federation of Municipalities, which is in charge of developing this area, has decided to enhance its offer by constructing a “blank building”, which is an empty building allowing for the quick installation of businesses. This sort of property is intended for sale after a leasing period and allows businesses to focus their investments on the tools of production.

The project, which costs 1.8 million euros, will soon be confirmed. The Government has disbursed 335,000 euros in financial assistance, adding to the 150,000 euros provided by the Ardennes Prefecture and an interest-free loan of 100,000 euros granted by the Departmental Council. Aside from the financing, technical aspects such as the securing of a building permit are near finalisation. Construction could start in October and should last about 8 months.

Thus, the Actival business estate will soon add another string to its bow. In addition, a business specialising in innovative plastics has already expressed interest in the project. So this building should not be vacant for long.
