Ceva Technologies: organic feeding bottles made in the Ardennes

Ceva Technologies specialises in injection processing methods for plastic materials (single injection, bi-injection, assembly, moulding plastic and metal parts).

It was founded in 1997, as part of La Fonte Ardennaise group’s diversification.

Based in Vivier-au-Court, the Ardennes specialist in plastic injection, which is a 2-tier supplier for the automotive industry, has also been able to diversify into childcare products, now producing organic feeding bottles for a Parisian company, Vieco.

These are made from a plant-based material, PLA (polylactic acid) which contains no plastic and never releases any toxic element, even at high temperatures.

The Ardennes-based SME, with its 38 employees, achieved a turnover of €5,400,091 in 2014; it has invested in a new production line which, when commercially developed, could boost the company’s employment figures.
